Kelly Waite, a devoted mother of four girls and an accomplished entrepreneur, holds the role of Executive Director at EquipEd Allies. Originally hailing from London, UK, Kelly brings over two decades of rich financial expertise to the table, having distinguished herself at firms like Merrill Lynch, Invesco, and Voya Management.

Her journey with EquipEd Allies blossomed from her deep-seated compassion and acute awareness of the struggles faced by both teachers and parents, especially at the onset of the school year. Witnessing firsthand the frustration, anxiety, and stress that accompanies this time, Kelly was moved to action.

Kelly passionately believes that every child, regardless of their financial circumstances, should have access to the materials and resources necessary for their education. Her vision is to bridge the gap of inequity in classrooms by channeling available resources directly where they are needed most.
